I signed up with a well known recruitment agency a while ago and had no luck from them so i turned to Midas Recruitment. I met up with Beau Hadley and Michael Port in my registration and definately felt as a valued member.
Within a month of being signed up with Midas, Michael contacted me about an Accountancy position in a large organisation, and since then, Michael has been nothing more than brilliant in the support and guidance he had given me through the CV preparation, 1st interview and final interview. Michael discussed at great lengths the career process and the interview processes and exactly how to tackle them. Knowing the distance I would have to travel for the job, Michael even layed out my possible travel routes! I have to give it to Michael for helping me become one of the 2 final candidates that were shortlisted for the job.
Unfortunately, I did not take the role as I had found another job. But I must commend Michael for the great work he had done to getting me to that level even when I doubted myself. Beau and Laura were both great to talk to and help me to become a valued candidate.

18 months ago, Karla contacted me asking me to an interview for a temporary position. Karla advised me that they wanted someone reliable who would not let them down. Karla did it in such a way that was inspirational and made me immediately feel that I was a special member of the temporary community. In my role as temporary worker I have come across administrators who barely want to speak to you and I have often felt that I was a piece of something that dogs do in the street. She also has an excellent touch with email. Such a contrast to others I can tell you!!

From your first phone call, through to interview and starting my new position you have all been fantastic. I was kept in close contact at each stage and offered support, help and encouragement. Rule of thumb I would reject over 50% of candidates as being unable to fulfill our requirements after 13 weeks. This proved to be an expensive and time consuming way of recruiting staff.
