Our extensive specialist Recruitment database gives us access to a wide range of candidates seeking permanent and temporary employment within seconds, enabling us to work quickly and efficiently when you contact us. We will always take a detailed job description, person specification and visit your office premises to ensure that we not only have a full understanding of the job role but also identify which candidate would fit into your company culture and environment.

If required we offer the facility to our Clients to ustilise our High Street offices to interview for potential staff.

TEMPORARY STAFF

We promise you a 30-minute response time as we understand the urgency of your request. Because we are that confident with the high standard of temporary staff we employ we offer that there will be NO CHARGE should the temporary candidate prove to be unsuitable within the first day. (Refer to Terms of Business)

PERMANENT STAFF

Our commitment is to search our recruitment database, contact suitable candidates and submit a shortlist of CVs to you within 3 working hours. We will aim to submit the top three candidates who we feel best match your requirements. Your Consultant will ensure that the candidate is fully briefed, aware of your location, has a full understanding of the vacancy and has researched your company BEFORE coming along for interview.

OUR PROMISE TO YOU

All of our candidates are thoroughly interviewed by a REC trained professional. We test all candidates on copy and audio typing, data-entry speeds and where required we have the facility to test spelling, numerical and filing skills. For every temporary worker we also obtain two references and upon request we will endeavor to do this for permanent staff.
